Aerogel Fiberglass lnsulation Blanket is one featured product of our company. It's produced by compounding silica aerogel and fiberglass blanket together. It boasts excellent thermal insulation property, surface hydrophobicity and flame retardant property(Grade A). lts thermal conductivity coefficient is 0.019-0.021W/m·k at room temperature,even lower than still air. Its hydrophobic rate can reach 99%at room temperature.Because of its wide working temperature range (-200~650°C), lt's widely used for heat insulation situations under 650°C, including pipelines, buildings, rail transit,tanks, furnaces, etc.

Aerogel Features:

1. Very Low Thermal Conductivity

lts lnsulation ability is 2-5 times of traditional insulation materials,and it has more advantages under high temperature application.

2. Excellent Hydrophobicity and Air Permeability

Thanks to its excellent hydrophobicity and air permeability,silica aerogel composite material could prevent changes and corrosions under insulation materials effectively, and avoid gradual falloff caused by water penetration. Long service life.Hydrophobicity ≥99%.

3. Higher Fire Resistance

Because it's composed of inorganic material and manufactured with supercritical drying process, which significantly reduces solvent residue, it is characterized with good fireproof properfy and its combustion performance reaches Grade A.

4. Less Quantity and Easier Installation

Lighter weight: Porosity of 95%-98%,low density.

Less quantity: To reach same insulation performance, its thickness equals to 1/2 to1/5 of conventional materials.

Easy installation: Packed in rolls, it's easy to cut and install.

5. Longer Service Life & Eco-Friendly & Non-toxic

Composed of inorganic material, it could withstand most acid or alkaline environments in a long term. The material is dried with supercritical drying process, including no solvent residue. It has a longer service life and user doesn't have to replace it frequently, saving both material and installation costs.
