Introduction

The tank is mainly composed by tank body, lid, mixing propeller, feeding port, discharge port and discharge valve. All parts are made of stainless steel 304, which shows excellent corrosion resistance and guarantees a longer service life. It also meets GMP’s requirements in this regard. Its internal and external surfaces are polished. A mixing propeller is equipped in the tank. A cycloidal pinwheel planetary reducer is installed on its top to drive the mixing propeller. The lid could be dismantled to clean the tank. Two feeding ports could be connected with pipelines. At its bottom there is a discharge port. Material could be discharged by rotating the ball valve handle 90° left after it’s stirred evenly.
