Introduction

General Introduction:

PSB series centrifuge is a high-performance centrifugal filter device. It's suitable for separation of suspension with a solid-to-liquid ratio of 5%--60% and solid particle size bigger than 0.01mm, which is not easy to compress, needs washing and is low viscosity in liquid phase. It’s widely used in many fields such as pharmaceuticals, chemical industry, mining, light industry, food, etc.

PSB Series Centrifugal Filter Features:

1. It’s started via a frequency converter and stopped via dynamic braking. Stable operation with adjustable separating factor.

2. Easy and simple manual loading. High efficiency.

3. No foundation structure. It's easy to move it around.

4. Simple structure and easy operation.

5. No damage to grains.

6. Multi-purpose application.

7. Closed structure. Sealing parts are made of silicon rubber or fluorine rubber. Sealed explosion proof requirement is realized, suitable for poisonous, combustible and explosive conditions.

8. Balance-cylinder cap-open structure, which is convenient and consumes no energy.

How to Choose a Model

The parts of our machine in contact with raw material is made of stainless steel (SUS304). We have different materials for customer’s choice, such as SUS321, 316, 316L, titanium, hastelloy, rubber lining, plastic lining, PTFE lining, Halar lining.
